From the photos you provided, it doesn't look like the damage was done evenly across the entire leaf of the vine. The damage caused by JADAM natural pesticides is characterized by russeting on the leaf edges as a whole. It is especially damaging to new young leaves. Unfortunately, it is difficult to judge accurately.
JS is vine sensitive. A 1000-fold dilution is recommended.
